Overview & Requirements
For the 2024-2025 school year, it is encouraged for each pair to meet six times for at least 30 minutes each meeting. These six meetings will facilitate relationship building between mentors and mentees. By forming a professional relationship, the undergraduate students will gain professional guidance, insights from their mentor’s career and expertise, and professional development growth.
Though meeting ideas will be provided in this document (“Meeting Option”), they are completely optional topics. It is ultimately up to the professional mentor and their mentee to decide how to best spend their time when meeting.
