What is a SWEeties Event?
Events are any time a mentor and mentee spend time together for at least 30 minutes.
- Examples: FaceTime or Skype (must be face-to-face video chatting to log as virtual event), volunteer at Engineer’s Day or a STEM outreach event, get lunch between classes, recruit for SWE at a tabling event, go to a GBM
- Maximum of ONE EVENT PER DAY but you can do multiple goals in one day!
How do I log an event or goal?
Only mentors fill out the log form above!
- If you meet to complete a goal, fill out the form TWICE (once as an event, once as a goal)
- Upload a picture of you and your mentee to the form every time you meet!

Superlatives
The top three pairs in each category will receive a superlative prize! (Only 1 superlative per pair/trio)
- SWEeties Scavengers: most completed from the scavenger hunt list!
- SWEeties Superstars: most meetups overall
If there is a tie, it will be broken by the people that completed all their goals first.
