Collegiate Leadership Institute and SWE Future Leader Participants
The CLI provides student-specific sessions on career and leadership skills at the annual SWE conference. Participants will learn from career and leadership experts, gain new skills, and network with current and future SWE professionals.
SWEFLs will be given the opportunity to expand their leadership skills and SWE knowledge throughout the year via professional development opportunities, mentoring relationships and acceptance into the Collegiate Leadership Institute (CLI) at the WE19 Annual Conference. At the conference, SWEFLs will join other collegiate leadership in professional development workshops and networking opportunities. There are two tracks open to applicants: early collegiate and late/graduate collegiate. The early collegiate track content will be focused on creating resumes, interview prep, searching for an internship or research opportunity and how to develop as a leader.
